Emu Australia

Emu is defined by the undeniable cozy feel of double faced shearling and offering its consumers a small slice of Australia. We collaborated with Cinco Design to redefine Emu’s brand message by highlighting the brand’s inherent ‘natural comfort’ through all aspects of their product. We analyzed ‘cozy’ from every angle, leading us to create a redefined comfort story and allowing Emu to easily broaden their product range.

adidas Harden Vol 1

adidas Basketball signed James Harden, one of the NBA’s elites in the midst of his prime, and was challenged to launch a signature product line that matched his energy, charisma, and unmatchable style of play. Taking inspiration from Harden’s iconic hesitation moves and just as unique personal style, the Vol 1 was designed to make a statement both on and off the court.

Brooks Heritage

Already a leader in the specialty running category, Brooks aimed to compliment their performance product by reintroducing a collection of their heritage models for consumers to enjoy off the run. Our studio dove into Brooks’ 100-plus year history to bring new focus to their deep archive by infusing iconic styles with energy and a modern aesthetic through color, material, and design.

Bobux

As a company whose mission is to do the best possible thing for kids foot development, Bobux wanted to build a completely new line of product that fosters a child’s health and play, but just as importantly, compliments their true style and spirit. We took a look at how little ones actually use their shoes in order to discover what we could do differently to meet the needs of kids being kids.

adidas SL Loop

With over 65 years of athletic prowess, adidas Orignals has a nearly endless archive of iconic models to offer consumers. But when the market pivoted away from retros and performance product, the need for modern lifestyle options came to light. We took cues from some of adi’s most famed models to build the SL Loop product line, piquing the collective memory of adidas fans new and old.

Brooks CC

In an ever-evolving running market, Brooks desired balance and a way to meet consumer needs during their run, and beyond. Inspired by Brooks’ 100-plus year sports history and today’s technologies, the Contemporary Classics collection was a design exercise in melding these concepts to create iconic, modern footwear that hones in on the booming athleisure market.

Common Ground

Common Ground came to us with a mission – ‘to find a path for progress on important social issues through empathy and authentic, constructive conversations between real people.’ Challenged to design a single shoe that embodies this complex idea, the shoe is boldly simplistic, standing for progress on its own, while doubling as a blank canvas for visually presenting different viewpoints through graphics and prints.

Superfeet

Superfeet was built on the research and principles of podiatry, bringing the promise of support and inspiration through their insoles. Superfeet challenged us to create a collection of modern footwear essentials through an authentic and approachable story. Studio Noyes aimed to define the brand’s design identity, building a launch line that embodied Superfeet’s spirit of encouraging everyone to ‘achieve the unexpected.’

Forsake

With outdoor lifestyle gaining undeniable momentum, Forsake aimed to further establish themselves as the natural connection between personal style and outdoor adventure. We focused on creating an overarching aesthetic that built upon Forsake’s brand DNA via distinct yet approachable designs. The outcome is a bold story combining style and performance that has reinforced Forsake’s goal to be #adventureworthy.

adidas Rose 7

Even through multiple season-ending injuries, the fire inside Derrick Rose pushed him to persevere and keep coming back for more. Our goal was to honor his tenacity by telling this story through the Rose 7. We created a distinct aesthetic based on fire – taking visual cues from the intensity of flames and the poetically fluid movements of smoke – qualities that define Rose’s drive and play style.
